All services are performed by trained technicians but do not constitute medical advice or clinical services.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to the following:

• Ensure the correct equipment and all necessary parts are present at the service location prior to the appointment
• Provide a safe, clean, and accessible work environment
• Ensure adequate space for assembly or repair
• Disclose any relevant information about the equipment or environment that may impact service

Medical Assembly Pros is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to missing parts, incorrect products, or unsafe working conditions.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers must:

• Be present at the scheduled appointment time or provide access to the location
• Ensure the service area is accessible (including elevators, doorways, and pathways)

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation and applicable fees (see Scheduling & Cancellation Policy).

4. Scope of Work

Technicians will perform only the services agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Additional work requested on-site may incur extra charges
• Technicians may refuse to perform services that are unsafe, outside scope, or require specialized licensing

5. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is based on the service type, complexity, and time required
• Additional charges may apply for:
  • Stairs or difficult access
  • Extended labor time
  • Additional or unexpected work

Payment terms:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept approved payment methods listed on our website

Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Medical Assembly Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage to equipment or property
• We are not liable for damages resulting from:
  • Improper use of equipment after service
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Customer misuse or modification

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

7. Assembly & Installation Disclaimer

• All equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Medical Assembly Pros does not manufacture or design the equipment
• We do not provide medical advice or guarantee suitability for medical use

Customers are responsible for consulting healthcare professionals when necessary.

8. Repair Services Disclaimer

• Repairs are performed based on visible and diagnosable issues
• We do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved
• Some equipment may require replacement parts or manufacturer servicing

Medical Assembly Pros is not responsible for ongoing or future failures unrelated to the performed repair.

9. Property & Environment

• Customers are responsible for protecting their home and surrounding property
• Technicians will take reasonable care during service, but:
  • We are not responsible for minor or unavoidable cosmetic wear
  • We are not liable for structural issues or unsafe environments

10. Right to Refuse Service

Medical Assembly Pros reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• The environment is unsafe
• Required parts or equipment are not available
• The requested service falls outside our scope
• Customer behavior is inappropriate or disruptive

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• No warranties, express or implied, are provided

Any manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

12. Indemnification
