1. Scheduling Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email.

  • Appointment times are provided as estimated service windows, not guaranteed exact arrival times
  • We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window and will communicate delays when possible

2. All Appointments Are Final

Due to scheduling logistics and technician allocation:

  • All appointments are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed
  • By booking a service, you are reserving dedicated time with a technician

We strongly encourage customers to confirm availability and readiness prior to booking.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that changes may be necessary.

  • Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at our discretion
  • Requests must be made with as much advance notice as possible
  • Rescheduled appointments may be subject to additional fees

Medical Assembly Pros does not guarantee availability for rescheduled appointments.

4. Customer Availability & Access

Customers must:

  • Be present at the scheduled time or provide access to the service location
  • Ensure the service area is accessible and ready
  • Have all required equipment and parts available

Failure to meet these conditions may result in loss of the appointment without refund.

5. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” includes:

  • Customer not present at the scheduled location
  • Inability to access the property
  • Equipment or parts not available at time of service

No-shows will result in:

  • Full service charge with no refund
  • Requirement of prepayment for any future bookings

6. Late Arrivals

  • Technicians will wait a limited time (typically up to 15 minutes)
  • If the customer is not available within that time, the appointment may be treated as a no-show

7. Delays & Service Windows

While we aim to be on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic or weather conditions
  • Extended prior service appointments
  • Unexpected job complexity

Medical Assembly Pros will communicate delays when possible but is not liable for timing variations.

8. Same-Day & Urgent Appointments

Same-day or expedited services:

  • Are subject to availability
  • May include additional service fees
  • Follow the same no-cancellation policy

9. Changes to Scope of Work

If the scope of work differs from what was originally scheduled:

  • Additional charges may apply
  • Service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on time and availability
