1. Pricing Overview

All pricing is based on the type of service, estimated time, complexity, and job requirements.

• Prices may vary depending on equipment type, installation difficulty, and service conditions
• Quotes provided prior to service are estimates unless otherwise stated

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods will be listed on our website or provided at the time of booking

Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of current or future services.

3. No Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings are final and non-cancellable once confirmed
• Payments made are non-refundable, including deposits and service fees
• Completed services are not eligible for refunds

4. Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply based on actual service conditions, including but not limited to:

• Stairs or difficult access
• Extended labor time beyond initial estimate
• Missing or incorrect parts requiring additional time
• On-site changes to the scope of work
• Travel outside standard service areas

Customers will be informed of additional charges when possible before proceeding.

5. Deposits (If Applicable)

• Certain services may require a deposit to secure the appointment
• Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total service cost
• Failure to proceed with service does not entitle the customer to a refund

6. On-Site Scope Changes

If the requested work differs from what was originally scheduled:

• Additional charges may apply
• Service may be limited or rescheduled depending on time availability

7. Failed or Incomplete Service

If service cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (including but not limited to missing parts, incorrect equipment, or lack of access):

• The appointment will still be considered fulfilled
• Full or partial charges will apply

8. Late Payments (If Applicable)

For any approved deferred payment arrangements:

• Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service restrictions

9. Disputes & Chargebacks

By booking a service, you agree to contact Medical Assembly Pros directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

• Account restrictions
• Additional fees
• Refusal of future service

10. Pricing Changes

Medical Assembly Pros reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

• Changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless the scope of work changes
